1. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your products within the agreed-upon timeframes. However, the exact delivery time can vary depending on the nature of your order:

  • Standard Orders:
    For non-custom items, such as standard windows, doors, and smaller glass products, delivery typically occurs within 7-14 business days(except for transport time) from the order confirmation date, depending on stock availability.
  • Custom Orders:
    For made-to-order products, such as custom glass balustrades, facades, pergolas, and other specialized glass solutions, delivery may take longer. Custom orders generally require 4-6 weeks from final approval and payment, as they are carefully manufactured to your specifications.
  • Large Orders/Project Deliveries:
    For larger projects requiring multiple products or specialized handling (e.g., full glass facades, curtain walls, large installations), delivery times will be discussed with you during the planning phase and confirmed at the time of order. These deliveries may take longer due to the size and complexity of the order.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • National Deliveries: We offer nationwide shipping across China. Shipping costs may vary based on the distance and location.
  • International Deliveries: We also provide international delivery options for certain products. International delivery times and costs will be provided upon request.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery charges for standard items will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
  • Custom Orders & Large Deliveries: For larger or custom orders, shipping costs may vary and will be quoted separately.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you’ll receive an email notification with the following details:

  • Tracking Information: You will be provided with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Delivery Date: We will confirm the estimated delivery date based on your location and product availability.
  • Delivery Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been successfully delivered.

Our team works closely with trusted shipping partners to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time.


5. Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, please ensure the following:

  • Inspect the Product(s): Upon delivery, carefully inspect the products for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately, ideally within 72 hours of receiving the delivery.
    • Damaged Products: If your product is damaged or has been broken during transit, please take photos of the damage and reach out to our customer service team to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
    • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please notify us immediately with the order details.
  • Delivery Acceptance: By accepting delivery, you confirm that the product(s) are in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted.
  • Unloading Assistance: Please be aware that our delivery team will assist with unloading but may not be able to assist with further placement of the products on-site. We recommend having a team ready to help with larger or heavier items, especially for bulk deliveries.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure that deliveries are made on time, occasional delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay in your delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the new delivery timeframe.

If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive the goods, we may charge an additional re-delivery fee. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window.


7. Installation and Setup

For certain products such as custom glass doors, windows, facades, and balustrades, we recommend professional installation to ensure the product is set up correctly and safely. While we do not provide installation services directly in all regions, we can assist you in finding a qualified local installer.

Please let us know if you would like a referral to a trusted installation partner, or if you need assistance in arranging for professional installation.
